Terms of Service

1. What you're buying

Semi-Target sells one digital product: the Semi-Target recruiting toolkit, which includes one personal resume review. The price is $19.99 USD, one-time. Payment is processed by Stripe. After purchase, sign in at semitarget.com/sign-in with the email address you paid with; we email you a one-time code, and the toolkit unlocks for that account.

2. Your license

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the toolkit for your own job search. Each account can be signed in on up to 3 devices at a time; signing in on another device signs out the oldest one.

3. Your account and sign-in codes

Your account is for you alone. Sign-in codes work like one-time passwords: never forward them, and never let anyone else sign in with your email. Sharing codes, or otherwise letting other people use your account, is a breach of these terms. If we see signs of sharing, such as codes used by someone else or an account in use by several different people, we may suspend or permanently ban the account without a refund. If you think someone else has used your account, email hello@semitarget.com right away.

4. Resume review

Every purchase includes one personal resume review: suggested edits with written comments, delivered by email. Submit the intake form at semitarget.com/resume-intake, or email your resume to hello@semitarget.com. Reviews are delivered within 48 hours and completed in the order received. Capacity is 5 reviews per week, first come first served.

5. No outcome guarantees

Semi-Target is a recruiting preparation system, not a job placement service. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or compensation outcomes.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis under our Refund Policy. To request a refund, email hello@semitarget.com with the email address used for your purchase and a brief explanation. If a refund is approved, access to the toolkit for that purchase ends.

7. Content ownership

The guides, templates, scripts, and downloads are the original work of Semi-Target unless noted otherwise. A small number of third-party materials are included for convenience, including consulting casebooks published by university student groups; those remain the property of their respective owners. Everything in the toolkit is licensed for your personal use only. Do not republish, redistribute, or resell it.

8. Changes to the product

We may add, update, or reorganize toolkit content at any time. Your access continues regardless, unless it ends under section 3 (account sharing) or section 6 (refunds).
